Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Supply Chain(MUK), Professional Diploma (CIPS) in the (UK), & an MBA from the University of East London. Victor is a business professional with progressive experience in operations management in the private and non-profit sectors in Uganda spanning over 10 years. 

He has worked with leading organisations providing healthcare, economic empowerment, governance, research, emergency relief, & development such as Mwanzo Solutions Ltd, SOS Children’s Villages, Food for the Hungry, Mercy Corps, Benedictine Eye Hospital, Kiwoko Hospital, & Rubaga Hospital. He is proficient at systems thinking, ideation and execution, enterprise risk management , organisational gap analysis, leadership, building teams, business development, stakeholder mangement, policy review and recommendation, research, synergy, scaling institutionalised adoption of the bottom line mindset, & supply chain management.
