Jerome is passionate about technology with a bias on the internet of things and a strong interest in Cybersecurity. As a dynamic Ugandan with developed coordination, and management skills, he is a multi-tasking, hard-working, knowledgeable individual and such a quick learner. Equipped with a computing background, has great communication skills, and can build strong relationships, thus excelling at devising strategies for project implementation. 

He brings out the best in his team, with the ability to manage and coordinate effectively. He also possesses strong organizational and time management ability; is good with planning, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.

As Chief Operations Officer at Milima Security, Jerome has advocated for the incorporation of Cybersecurity across all technology spaces through training and policy advocacy. He is a member of ISACA, an international organization of Security experts
